Important Information You Should Know
  • You will receive your website, email and postcard proofs within seven (7) business days from signing up for irefer. Your subscription fees will begin seven (7) business days from receiving your proof whether you have approved and gone live or not.
  • All payment for irefer must be done on a credit card that is kept on file. Payments will be processed on the last day of the month for the next month for Agreement costs and prior to postcard and email processing and deployment for fulfillment costs. You will be prorated for the first month if necessary.
  • CANCELLATION POLICIES:
    • FOR ALL SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS - Your subscription service will continue until a written letter of intent to close your account is submitted to irefer at least five (5) business days prior to the next month.
    • FOR ANNUAL AGREEMENTS ONLY - Once we receive your intent to cancel, BMI will reimbursed for the remaining months minus the free month.
  • All "Use Your Own Artwork" art files must be provided to irefer in exact specifications or additional charges may apply.

  3. All Get Connected Emails and Postcards included in Premium and Deluxe packages must be selected from irefer Marketing Service templates and list must be provided by you.
  4. All pricing above are for pieces using templates provided by irefer Marketing Services only. Custom creative design is quoted separately. All prices are for order quantities 750 or below. For quantities above 750, please call Barnett & Murphy Inc. for volume pricing. For all orders, copy and images will be selected for you. Logos will be used from your irefer site. One (1) round of proofs is included in above price. Additional proofs may incur additional charges. Any items used for mailing purposes must go at Standard Class rate (minimum of 200 pieces) or material will be returned to client for mailing. No list, postage or shipping charges are included in prices above. For any orders that are to be mailed, please add $.26 for each piece for postage. BMI postal permit will be used. For any orders that are to be shipped, BMI will charge customer credit card for EXACT shipping plus a handling fee.
